Unable to add family member to Premium for Family

Unable to add family member to Premium for Family

Plan: Premium for Family 

Country: Norway

Device: Samsung Galaxy S8 plus

 

My Question or Issue: I signed up for the Spotify family plan to add a third family member, my daughter, to the Premium for Family. She doesn't have an email account, but her own iPhone. I've tried to send the invitation to my own hotmail adress in order to open the invitation confirmation on her cell phone, but no invitation has been recieved (I've checked the junk mail).

Welcome to the community!

 

I'd recommend trying to send the Premium for Family invite to another email address and have the person you're trying to invite open the email on their own device and click ACCEPT INVITATIONGmail works well for most users.
