Unable to add someone to family plan

Unable to add someone to family plan

Every time I've tried to get my husband's account added (using a link copied from the Family Plan setting) he gets 'There was a problem, please try again later'. He's putting in our address exactly as it's listed on the Family Plan settings. At first I thought it was because I was listed as being in America and him in Canada (I recently moved). So I changed my billing to a Canadian card and waited for the next billing cycle. I'm now listed as being in Canada but we're having the same issue. Any advice?

Is your husband currently the owner of a Premium Duo/Family plan?
