Im trying to get my wife onto my spotify family plan however she keeps getting a 601 error code "Oops something went wrong, please try again." I got her to unsubscribe from her premium subscription, tried different browsers, and tried different emails but have had no luck.

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another device?
When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
