Unable to join a Family plan, the error says "You can't join this plan"

When I try to accept the invite from the Spotify Family plan manager. The error says -
"We couldn’t confirm that you live with the plan manager for this Premium plan. You can join someone else’s plan again in 12 months.
Or find another Premium plan that’s right for you."
It's not going to the Enter address page where I can fill in the details.

Hey all, I got it working by going over to Contact-Spotify-Support page, and some refresh had to be made from backend post that I am able to login.
