Unable to join family members

Unable to join family members

Hi, 

I have problem to add my family members to Spotify (we all live in same address). I have Premium for Family and all members receive a message after trying to join:

 

You can't join this Premium for Family account. We couldn't confirm that you live at the same address as the main account holder.

 

But even as "Family administrator" I don't know what specific address should write Family members. 

 

Where I can find it? 

Can someone from Spotify support send to my email what exactly should be written as address?

I am having the same problem

Same here! 

How to solve this? 

 

1. confirmed email address is correct

2. looked in junk folder in hotmail - nothing there from spotify

3. looked in promotion folder in hotmail - nothing there from spotify

4. resent invitations multiple times

 

If anyone can help it would be great!
