My Question or Issue

we have a family account (me, my father and my mother) and currently my dad can’t access his side of the family account, when he uses the email that was used to start the family account and the password, it just logs into my account. His username does not seem to work either. Not sure how to fix this.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

@Niallleonard Every member of the Family plan has their own email address/username, which they should use to log in. You shouldn't use the manager's email address/username to log in, because that'll log you in on the manager account.

 

@DamienHickey Could you share more info on the issue you're experiencing? Does the same happen with a different WiFi network or a device?
