When you’re trying to subscribe to Premium, the process will change depending on the payment method you want to use. If you're getting an error message when trying to subscribe with a Credit/Debit card, make sure your card meets all the requirements mentioned in this article.


However, if you’re trying a different payment method, would you mind giving us more details about the payment method you want to use and when you're getting the error message? It would also be great if you could attach a screenshot where we can see the error message. This will help us have a better look at the issue.
