My Question or Issue

My account was charged from premium to free Spotify and I have not been able to re-enter my plan. I got an invite link but I have been unable to enter with my details.

I have attached the error message I got when entering my details.

Hey there @Shegmovic21 !

 

Can you check this support article about family plan and follow the steps under "Invite didn't work" If nothing works out can you tell the owner to send the invite from an incognito window from the browser he/sheis using. Hope these help and let me know how it goes 🙂
