I just moved from Spotify premium to family plan. While the payment is successful, I am not able to get the Premium Family link in my profile and hence unable to add family members. Tried it through the web and spotify app on iPhone and Android.
What's the issue?

To invite your family members to your Premium Family plan, you just need to follow the steps in this article. If you're not seeing the option, it's likely that your subscription wasn't changed successfully and you're still on Premium individual. You can check the type and status of the subscription you currently have with the steps you'll find here.
