Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. The owner of the Family plan can check on their end if your account appears in the list of members. If it does, then you have joined successfully but perhaps have more than one account and have logged into the wrong one. In that case, check out these steps here.
