I have recently upgraded from Premium to Premium for family but non of the details have changed on my account and when my children log in they cut my listening off.
They have had the invite emails sent but when you open them it only asks to log in and we cannot find where to put the invite codes.
Please help !?

The reason you all are not able to listen to different music at the same time is that you're all trying to use the same account. 🙂
When they open the invite links that were sent to their email inboxes, they'll need to log into their own accounts. After they've done that, they will be directed to a form that uses the invite codes.
After filling in the requested info, they should be added to the plan.
