Urgent Problem with payment for family premium

Hello,

I used family premium about 8 months with no problem in order to pay. However, this month, I cannot pay it. I tried to enter my friends' credit cards and mine also, but the response like that 

"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

This problem is urgently. Please say the solution or solve it!

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
