Users and family plan problems

Hi!

I have a Family Plan.

I sent the invitation by email to my dad and my brother. 

My brother logged in with the link in the email but my dad logged in with my user and pass, and now we can´t change the user, so I can see what he´s listening to. 

 

I need to change the user in his mobile, I tried to log of and then click on the email link but I couldn´t make it.

Please I need help! I don´t want to listen to tangos hahaha

Hey @marianarovai, welcome to the Community. 

 

Hope you’re doing great! 

 

One of the great things about Premium for Family is that everyone has their own account so that no interruptions occur while listening to music. 

 

All members that want to join your Family plan and don’t have an account can sign up here. Then, you should be able to send out an invite to the members you want in your plan.
