Verifying address for family

I am trying to register my girlfriend( who stays with me) into my spotify family plan for months. We created a new account everytime spotify disabled my girlfriends account despite it being the same as mine. However, this is getting abit troublesome and i would like to know why my girlfriends account is always disabled to spotify free. I have verfied the account with my postal code too.

Every member of a Premium for Family subscription, needs to live on the same address. You are writing that your girlfriend stays with you. Does this mean that you are living together, or that she's at your place often. Because only in the first scenario are you eligible to be in a Premium for Family subscription.
