My Question or Issue

I'm trying to resubscribe to family premium by visa but it sends me a message that the payment method cannot be done. Why is that??

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
