Something has chanegd withthe Spotify setting.

Both my daughters were part of the family subscription. Now they have been disabled..

I activated the email Spotify has sent, but a message comes up 

 

We couldn't confirm that you live at the same address as the main account holder."  What do I do?The post code in my account, as well as from my daughters are the same...
