My Question or Issue

 

We have a Family Premium Subscription. Currently running two iPhones and an iPad. One of the iPhones seems to be connected to the iPad, so that when the iPhone is playing, the iPad can't. the other iPhone does not interfere and seems fully independent. I thought that a Family Premium Sub would not do this?

Hey @AJR37, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

It seems like you're sharing an account on both devices. One great thing about Premium for Family is that everyone on the plan has their own account so that they can listen whenever they want, with no interruptions.

 

In this case, I'd recommend disconnecting the accounts from the Premium for Family plan and make sure to invite the members (making sure that they each have their own account) and everything should be up and running again.
