We lost out family premium

We lost out family premium

Hi i need some help, we lost our premium features because we live in a contry with out postal code (Honduras), my dad had already complained and they told us that they would re-verify our account because our postal code but today i lost my premium. So i was wondering if someone on HQ can help us solve our problem because we should be  re verified by now but we still lost our privileges.

Hey @miguel_ramirez, welcome to the community!

 

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address as stated on the T&Cs.

 

When you send the first invite to your family members, a pop-up should give you the option to enter your address. If they can't verify this address, they're removed from the plan and won't be able to join again.

 

They can still get the regular Premium subscription here.
