What can't my son join my premium family account?

My credit card had to be cancelled due to fraudulent activity and I couldn't add a new card to pay for my premium family account, so had to cancel my account and start a new account with my new credit card. Now it won't allow one of my sons to join the family plan? How can I get him on my plan?

Thanks for reaching out.


Users can only switch plans once every 12 months, so if he's getting an error message regarding this 12 months policy, there's, unfortunately, no way around it.


The only alternative would be re-opening the closed account and then subscribing to Premium Family again on that account, as it was used for the plan previously.
