What happens if I paid and the Premium does not work?

What happens if I paid and the Premium does not work?

I have paid the Familiar plan, and now it stopped working, I received the check yesterday, but today Spotify tells me I don't have Spotify Premium, what can I do? Like, I should have the month, but it's not working
