What happens if a family member change address?

I want to start a family plan, but my daughter may go to study abroad.

Will it be possible to keep her in the family group, even if she is not living with me for few months?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! Apologies for the late reply, I just stumbled upon your post.

If there’s any information entered by an invited member that we can’t confirm, we’ll send them an email to reverify and they'll need to enter their full address within 7 days of getting the email in order to retain their Family member status.

If your daughter is abroad and is not present on your home address, the verification will fail and she'll be kicked out from the Family plan. She also won't be able join any Family or Duo plan for 12 months from the date the verification failed.

What you can do is keep her in the plan until she has to travel. She can then leave the plan by cancelling her current subscription and start her own Premium Individual subscription. When she comes back home, you can send her an invite back to the Family plan. That way you avoid the 12-month restriction.
