When I changed my bank card on my account it kicked my wife off are family

She has an apple phone and when she tries to log in it takes her to my account. She has an account of her own on the family plan

thanks for posting in the Community.

If your wife has an account of her own, which is part of the Family subscription, she can logout of the current account she's logged in and enter the login details of her own account.

Here is how to log out.

She can try logging in with her email address and a password. Here is how to reset a forgotten password
