When I try join my family plan, says can’t confirm if I live same address.

When I try join my family plan, says can’t confirm if I live same address.

Got sent an invitation to join a family plan. However says they can’t confirm whether I live under the same address, which I do.

Thanks for reaching out!
I would recommend trying again with a new link via an incognito browser session and/or a from different device. Also make sure there are no VPN services enabled and that both of your country settings match.

This is not working. We got the family plan before and it kicked us out for the same reason. I had to sign up again, paid for 6 users and non of them are able to use it. This is my family. We all live under the same roof. Are you able to solve this problem???

Can you give us some more info so we can get a better understanding of the situation? Have you by any chance started a new Family plan as a manager on a different Spotify account? Keep in mind that this can cause confusion and different issues with members joining, because plan members can change plans once every 12 months.

 

You can check who's the manager of the Family plan directly via the Account Page here
