When I try to join a family plan on given an error message.

When I try to join a family plan on given an error message.

"There was an error. Try again later"
I have premium duo and I went and cancelled my plan but still getting the error. Please advice how to fix the issue.

When you click on the link bellow, does your account show as Premium or Free?

Have you tried using different browsers?

Hi, I have the same problem. following the link you sent, the account is Spotify-free. 

I tried with Chrome and Edge. Same result

Well, if it says Free, I guess you have managed to cancel the Duo Premium. 

 

If you want to check you payment history, just scroll down to Order History  to confirm it.
