Why I can't get the Premium Family plan ?

When I open the link there is a message "You can join someone else's plan only once in 12 months". Whta can I do?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You're seeing that error message because you've joined at least two different Premium Family/Duo plans in the past and have switched from one to another within the last 12 months. 🙂

 

You'll be able to switch again 12 months after you've joined the Premium Family/Duo plan you were in last.
