Why I can't see my premium plan in my profile?

Why I can't see my premium plan in my profile?

It says "something goes wrong. After: try again (in a green square)". I have the family plan and I want to add a person but I can't because of that.

Thanks for the post.

 

Sounds like you're experiencing a connection error. We'd recommend opening your account page in an incognito browser window or on another device.

 

It's also a good idea to clear the cache of your browser and check for any available updates.
