Why can’t I resubscribe to Spotify family? My previous plan was cancelled

Why can’t I resubscribe to Spotify family? My previous plan was cancelled

my previous subscription was cut because of the failed payment (insufficient balance) but when I tried resubscribing, it won’t proceed after I click the family plan on the list of plans page. what do I do?
