Why can't I return to Spotify Premium and get the promo, but as a Family account?

I tried to sign up for Spotify Premium Family account and saw that it offered one month free, but after I logged in, the promo became unavailable. I was a longtime Spotify Premium Individual user, but tried Apple Music for six free months, since it was offered when I bought my new phone. I missed my Spotify Premium and will probably go back, but can't get the promo, which ends today.

This is only for Premium Individual which's the reason your not able to start a Premium Family trial.
