Why cant i remove or add to my family plan?

Hi, my family plan is not allowing me to delete and invite my family. I messed up last month and had to redo my card number but I accidentally used and old account. Once I got back into my regular account I paid once again for the family plan but my kids had already change to the other family plan now it won't let them back into the normal one. Please help. Thank you

I tried to google solution for this, but I couldn't find anything similar.

Does it give you some kind of error message?

I don't have family plan account so I'm not sure how it works, but I'm guessing that it doesn't allow users to be in multiple family plans at the same time so I think you should log in to spotify again with your old user account and then remove the family plan account from it or your kids out of it. Then you could maybe add them back into your regular/current family plan account.

As @LawryPopson suggested, it'd be greatly appreciated if you let us know the exact error message your kids receive when trying to join the current Family plan. That way we can get a clear understanding of how things look on your end.

 

Keep in mind that all members can change their Family plan (i.e. join a different Family plan) only once every 12 months. It's possible that your kids already did that when they joined the previous one. If that's the case, they won't be able to join your current Family plan until the restriction expires.

why i can't add my acct to the famoly plan of my husband acct..always said try again later..can you please me.

Worry not, we're here to help! 
You could try opening the invite link in an incognito browser window.
And if that doesn't work, send us a screenshot of the error that you're getting and we'll take a look! 🙂
