Why does my address not work even though i am putting in the right one?

my mom invited me to a family plan and i joined but it is asking for an address. when i put my address in, it doesn't let me through. it says it is wrong and to try again.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Keep in mind that Premium Family is only for people who live at the same physical address. 

 

If that's the case, you can try accepting the invite again from a different device and using an incognito window.
