Why is Spotify stoping my family subscription?

I’ve been a Spotify  premium user for over 5 years now, I never had any problems. but for some  reason Spotify  decided to  stop my family subscription.  I have already paid for this month but my subscription is already gone. What can i do??

Hey @Bran, welcome to the Community!

 

Can you give us a bit more info on what's going on? If your family members were removed from your plan, ask them if they've received an email asking them to verify their physical address.

 

If so, ask them to verify their address so they can get reinvited to the plan.
