Why my daughter can not confirm Family plan address?

I sent Family Plan invitation to my daughter. She accepted an invitation and entered exactly same address where family lives. But address was not accepted, message appeared that she is trying to log in from a different country which is incorrect as we she tries to log in from our home address

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In that case, the country setting of her likely doesn't match with the one on your account. She can check her country setting at https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/.

Please take a look at this article here. It contains extra information on how you can avoid issues when updating your country settings. 

In case it doesn't help out - let us know what errors you are receiving and when they occur and we'll gladly take a further look into this for you 🙂
