Wife and daughter excluded from Premium for Family.

Wife and daughter excluded from Premium for Family.

My wife and daughter were excluded from their Premium account. One of my two daugters recieved an email to confirm that we lived at the same address asking our ZIP code. We filled the form, and the account was confirmed. After that I recieved an email warning me that my wife's account as well as my other daughter's couldn't be confirmed, and that after a week they would have been downclassed to a Free account. I invited them to join the Premium for Family promotion, but, after having filled out the page as requested, they both get a red bar on the top saying that they can't join. Why does that happen and how can it be solved?
