My Question or Issue

Like in the title

if she opens the invite link, she doesn't can confirm the adress. She only can login with my own account.

 

Any solutions for this?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

She can continue using the same account she used on her old phone, there's no need for another one 🙂 She should also still be part of the plan if you haven't removed her existing account.

I'd recommend that you try to help her locate the existing account using this guide.
