With family premium i cant use the premium

Dear

Since I few days I have family Premium but I can’t use the Premium things.

I only can play the number I want to listen and I can download the songs for inkt listening. But when I have skipped to many songs it says that its a premium thing to skip songs. Also when I want to see the next song that will play that notification pops up.

But with Premium family I have the Premium functies right?

Hello!
Have you checked whether or not you are actually included in the list of subscribers which you can find under your family subscription? Also, confirm that you have registered the same address as the other subscribers in your family subscription.
