Won’t let family join

Won’t let family join

When my daughters try to connect to my premium family account they get a message saying... 

You can’t join this plan.

You can join someone else’s premium plan only once every 12 months. 

The only plan they had previously was the free trial of family I had until now I’ve just started paying for it. How do we get around this as pretty pointless paying for family if none of them can connect!

You mentioned the last plan they joined was a free trial of Premium Family. Can you let me know if you’ve canceled the trial and then later on subscribed to Premium Family again?


Also have you tried sending them an invite using a different browser or private window? If you can provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing when they try to join that would be great.
