Won't let me pay

Won't let me pay

I have been trying to sign up for the family premium for days. Every time I try it just tells me to enter the expiration date on my card. It's already entered. I tried different cards and get the same result every time. I've been searching for a phone number too just call and buy it over the phone, but apparently that isn't an option?! Can you get this issue sorted?

Hi! Spotify doesn't have a phone number i don't think. But, if you mess around with the format of the date it should work. I tried MM / YYYY with the spaces on either side of the forward slash and it worked! Let me know how it goes, I'm curious...

You are awesome. I played with it for a minute and it finally accepted MM /
YY for my expiration, with the spaces and only a two digit year. 🙂
