Wrong adress

My sister bought a family pack but one of our members has made a mistake in the adress.. now we can't add that member again because you can only sign up once a year for a family pack.. what should i do to add her again?

Hello,

you have to cancel the whole subscription and start a new one, it is not possible to edit the address.
