Wrong next charge date & cancel the duplicate payment on personal premium

Plan: family premium (*but also personal plan in the same account on the same date)


Country: Taiwan


My question: 

I have 2 questions. One is that I subscribed the personal plan in this morning with NT$ 149 dollars which was deducted by PayPal. And I performed the family premium for my familes in the evening with NT$240 which was deducted by my credit card.  So, it's the personal subscription will be return back to my paypal account?  


The second question is that the "date" for the next charging date on Family program. Why is "2019/5/6" Not the "2019/5/17"?

Great questions.

Since you upgraded to Premium, and you've been charged - if the charge is posted and doesn't show as processing, then I'd recommend checking out the refund policy for further steps.


In terms of the billing dates changing - when you change plans, your billing date is usually brought forward due to the price changes (so you'll notice the billing date earlier when you changed the plan compared to before).
