Plan member unable to join the invite due to the below message.
"You can join someone else's Premium plan only once every 12 months".

Hey @ShreyaDivya, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

That message may be showing for them because they are trying to join another Premium Family plan within 12 months (which means they left one already). There isn’t a way to bypass this message, and the only immediate work-around would be creating a new account and transferring their content over to the new account. They can do that following these steps.

Thanks for your response. This is very helpful. But in this case, the member has not joined any other plan. Thanks for getting back to me. Can you let me know if your plan got canceled and you had to restart it? If that's not the case,  can you ask them to try the same invite link using a different browser or private window?
