Your address didnt match but i live in the same address as plan manager

Your address didnt match but i live in the same address as plan manager

My plan manager and i have the same home address. However when she invited me to join the family the error message says Your address didnt match!

Hi, 

 

I have the same issue. Even though the address is an exact match. 

 

The error message is: 

 

"You need to live at the same address

It looks like you’re trying to join Premium Family from a different country. Premium Family is only available for family members that live together. Try again when you’re at the same address."

Can you try changing your country on the account? It has to be the same as the other person’s or else it won’t work.
