wanneer ik mijn abonnement wil wijzigen van premium naar family krijg ik alleen de optie wijzigen naar student

It's best you check out the steps to take in this support article for switching between Premium plans. 

If none of that works and you still can't select the Family plan option, you might need to cancel your original Premium Individual subscription, wait until your account reverts to free and then subscribe to Premium Family.
