accepting premium invite. error "this page no longer exists" shows

Hi

I can't accept my Family Premium membership. When I open the link I get the error "This page no longer exists"
I was part of my parent's family plan but moved out. The plan was stopped about a week ago. My partner began a new plan and now I can't join.
The error doesn't give any clarification about what might be going wrong. I am logged in when opening the email.

i can confirm that changing the address from the account of the family plans owner and then resending a link to the person in need fixed it for me although it was after a long tedious process, if that is still not working then I am out of options took me hours to fix mine.

I had this problem and solved it.  You have to do this in an internet browser.  

1) Login to your main account on your internet browser.  ALL OF THESE STEPS NEED TO BE DONE IN A BROWSER.

2) Go to your account settings and then Address.  

3) Set your address

4) Then go to Premium Family settings

5) Copy the invite link

6) Log out of your main account 

7) Log into the account you want to add premium to

😎Paste the link in

9) Follow the steps to add your home address

10) That's it.  It should take a few moments for all the apps to refresh with that account logged in.

Same was happening to me, but I was able to fix it by logging into my account from my computer and going to the settings. It was there that I was asked to verify my address. I did not see this in the app on my phone at all. Once I verified my address through my account on my computer, I was able to send a link that is not broken to my family member for them to accept. The owner of the account needs to do this and then those receiving the link will have to verify the address before beign able to access their accounts. This was not a long process, but there isn't anything out there on the internet sharing this. I happened to stumble upon it. Hoping this helps everyone.  Also of note, I've had my family premium account for years and years and had one extra member to add (my daughter who is now old enough to have her own account) so I already had gone through adding family members before. Not sure why it made me verify address again as I haven't moved. But get on a computer and verify your address and it should fix this issue.

I also get that message

I click on the invite link and recive "Error 404"

I am having the same issue. No invite ever works. Not from my phone or my husbands. It’s a broken page.

I had this...but FIXED it.

Log in online (not on app) and add them from there. Bingo bango.

É me enviado o link de convite quando entro aparece "erro essa página não existe".
