add member to premium family

add member to premium family

Hi there, can somebody explain us how to add a member to the premium family group. it's in 5 minutes done to pay your cost, but when you want to add member to the family group it's almost impossible. tried it on my mobile, tablet and pc without luck. Can somebody please help us.

Have you tried to use different internet connections? E.g. WiFi and cellular data?

Hey @purperhart70,

 

To invite someone to your family 

  1. Go to your family Overview here.
  2. Enter the name and email address of your family member.
  3. Click send invite
  4. Your family member should have received an invitation mail.
  5. When he/she accepts it you will get an confirmation mail.

If you can’t see the invite button try to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser or use another browser.

I can't add anyone because when I click on the "add members", nothing happens. The screen comes up blank. I can't do anything different because there are no options offered. Unfortunately there is no helpline with Spotify.

I have tried on my IPhone, iPad & PC. I always clear cookies and searches before closing.

Thanks. It defies all logic (to me) but I turned my WiFi off and actually managed to open the page to invite my daughters to my account. Cool.

Thans for the heads up, but I found it when I tried it with Google Chrome. Now I can add members. But thanks for the reply.

I had the same problem. Did you try to open it with Google Chrome, because that worked for me. Let me know.
