added premium trial member to my family plan

added premium trial member to my family plan

Plan - Premium Family plan

 

Country - Canada

 

 

 

My Question or Issue

 

I switched from a Premium plan to a premium Family plan.   My daughter had a Trial Premium plan.  I invited her in and she accepted but her account settings still says Premium trial as her subscription.  I checked my account and it said she was active.  

 

Why wouldn't her account now state Family Premium?

Are you able to check your account to see if she is a member? Also, was she successfully added to your Family plan account?

yep. The original post indicates that she is active on my plan.  It is her status I am questioning

If she cannot access Premium on your plan after her trial, then I'd recommend replying back here and seeing what we can do next.
