My Question or Issue

I have had an premium provided by my telephone company TELIA  with 5 members. This has been ended and I have updated to Premium family myself but I have problems adding my wife. Two childrens has already been added working fine

Hey there @hagbergp, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you let me know what happens when you try to send an invite to your wife? Please also ensure that you and your wife are at the same physical location at the time of signup, as that may cause an issue when she tries to accept the invite.
