adding family members to family plan internationally

I have signed up for the premium family plan.  I live in Germany.  It won't allow me to add any family members; we put in the address, but it continually says 'you don't live here'.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community! 

 

Keep in mind that Premium Family is a discount plan for up to 6 family members who live together. If the members you're trying to invite are not located in the same country as you, it won't be possible for them to join the plan. 

 

If you've confirmed that all the member's accounts are located in Germany but they're still unable to join, it's possible that your account is located in another country. You can check this info on your Account Overview page. In this case, you'll need to add a payment method that's been issued in the country in which you're currently located so that the country in your account gets updated accordingly.
