I cant accept any invitations to premium

We updated from duo to family and my sister wanted to cancel the duo because thats what showed up for her and now i dont havr any more premium and it doesnt let me accept any invitation, not to the duo nor the family

How do I stop another family member's playing history showing up in mine?
