Superuser Contribution Can't remove family member from Premium Family Plan

I cannot remove a member from our family plan. When I go to the "Manage your Family plan" page, I see a list of members and nothing else. No buttons and no ability to click anything on the list. I'm in the USA. I have tried Chrome and Edge.

Spotify Family wrong Country
