Family Plan, college student

I'm in the U.S. and I'm considering upgrading to the Premium Family plan. I am wondering if my college-student son, who lives on-campus, can be included in that membership. He still uses our physical postal-address.

Daughter cant join family account

Daughter cant join family account. She was removed before but is being added again. Same account and same email but she gets the error saying you can only join once a year.Any help?
