I'm having problems joining Premium for Family

I've been added to a Family account by my father, but when I click on the link he sent me on my email, I insert my address (which is the same as my dad's) and it says that I cannot be part of the Family. The same thing is happening to my sister.

We received emails that says "we couldn't confirm your address" or something like that. Everyone in our familiy plan resides at the same address but our premium is cancelled. Email invites doesn't work.
